Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance and support to individuals in an in home care setting
- Assist with administering medication according to prescribed dosages and schedules
- Assist with activities of daily living based on individual clients needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Meal preparation and cooking
- Transport clients to and from medical appointments and community outings
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients on a day to day basis
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of client information
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the home
-currently looking to fill:
Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm
weekends 7a-3p, 3p-11p and weekend overnights 11p-7a
Requirements:
-Must be 18 years or older and be able to pass a criminal and caregiver background check
- Possess a valid driver's license and insurance
- Good communication skills
Skills:
-Ability to perform basic cleaning tasks
- Knowledge of basic first aid
- Driving clients to appointments or activities
- Caregiving skills for providing physical and emotional support to clients
- Meal preparation and ability to cook for clients with specific dietary needs or restrictions
- Medication administration according to prescribed dosages and schedules
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
